Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 11 amβ9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (949) 631-1166. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is thepizzabakeryca.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Customers rate it 4.7 out of 5 on Google across 386 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded pizza restaurants in Newport Beach.
Newport Beach is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Newport Beach is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

This place is absolutely AMAZING truly a 10-STAR experience every single time! ββββββββββ This pizza spot is in a great location next to some really nice boutique shops, restaurants, and a bakery, making it easy to turn a meal into a little outing. Parking was also a big plus there's convenient, up close private parking which made stopping in quick and easy. For food, I ordered the lasagna, a slice of pizza, and garlic knots. Everything came out warm, fresh, and full of flavor. The lasagna was hearty and comforting, the pizza had a great crust and solid flavor even in a smaller portion, and the garlic knots were soft, buttery, and honestly hard to stop eating. They also have great lunch specials I had a deal with lasagna, garlic bread, and a bottomless drink for just $10 including tax, which is an excellent value. Overall, it's a nice, low key spot for a solid meal, especially if you're in the area and want something quick, affordable, and satisfying. Plus, the surrounding area is perfect for a little boutique shopping after lunch. It's easy to see why this is a local favorite. It's a smaller, clean, cozy, and quaint space with genuinely kind people who make you feel right at

Visiting from Arizona and came in about an hour before close desperate for food and somewhere try to eat after being on a boat for a few hours. All the young men working in this restaurant were very kind to me my wife and my daughter. They were very attentive and on top of keeping the restaurant, clean front and back the bathrooms were clean. The food was delicious. They made sure we were completely taken care of and did not need for anything. They talked to our daughter like she was a human being and did not sound fake towards her and they even let her flip the pizza pan signed to closed. They were super kind and we were very grateful for such a lovely experience and a nice evening. Thank you for making it special for our last dinner here on our trip. All three of us got spaghettiβs two with meat sauce, one with marinara with an extra side of meat sauce, and bread sticks, salad, and chocolate cake, and carrot cake. We got majority of it to go, but it was well worth it and top-tier completely hit the spot.

Bummed I didnβt patronize this Pizza Baker, Magic Maker sooner! The service was friendly, attentive, and prompt. The slices were big, tasty, and priced to match 2010. The kids loved the big gum ball machine and all of the desserts. Nice, clean, and without that greasy sheen that covers most other pizza places. I mean, it looks brand new inside. A clean restaurant is indicative of its food, employees, and practices - right?

I ordered the Hanover pizza which is an all meat pizza with pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and meatballs. The pizza was hearty and topped generously with the all the meats. The crust was fluffy and soft. I would definitely go back to try another pizza. I want to give a special shootout to Danny and Shawn for providing me with great service and recommending other local places to check out while I was in Newport.

Everything about our experience was 5 star awesome! We loved the location and family friendly atmosphere. We adored the salad, brownies, pasta, and pizzas. The owner came by and was so friendly and kind. The complimentary garlic knots were such a treat! I canβt wait to come back every time we are in the area.
